Ian's success stems from his belief that, while on the road to his client's dreams, no task is too great. This conviction was immediately tested when Ian began his real estate career in 2008, right after the housing market collapsed. When many agents were struggling with a difficult market, Ian found his niche. He saw a need to help rescue families from foreclosure, allowing them to wipe their hands clean of mounting debt, and make a fresh start through successfully completing a short sale.
